70 km to the South of Libreville and near the Wonga Wongué Reservation
with its magnificent scenery, Nyonié has about ten air-conditioned
rooms and a few dorms (bathroom outside the room), as well as a big
bar / restaurant complex with a thatched roof. The food is good, the
welcome warm, and the atmosphere relaxed organised by Beti – the
person responsible. The camp is along the ocean by the wild beaches.
The activities are centred on the guided tour of the region in a 4-wheel
drive watching the animals: buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, red river
hogs and numerous birds on the edge of the reserve. |
