eight-day tour concentrates on the various aspects of the coastal zone.
As soon as you arrive in Libreville, you are welcomed and put on a flight
to Omboué where you then get on a boat for the Island of Petit
Evengué which is in the Fernan Vaz Lagoon.
The visit of the island and the discovery of the entire forest, the
savannahs, the lagoon which characterise this region is quite interesting.
In addition, you can listen to the researchers who will share with you
their experiences working on the reinsertion of the gorillas on this
island.

During the night on the island, you can hear the incredible concert
of all kinds of calls and cries of the animals.When leaving the
island to go back to the Loango National Park, you can visit the
St.Anne Mission of Fernan Vaz and its exceptional metal church
made by the Eiffel workshop, and then you can go back to the coast
with its beautiful wild beaches.The comfortable Ye Tsanou Lodge,
located on the edge of the Iguéla Lagoon, will be your
base when exploring the park. |

According to the season, you can camp at Akaka –
a marshy area where unimaginable numbers of elephants, forest buffaloes,
antelopes and hippopotamuses come together during the dry season, or
you can camp at Tassi, near the beach with a good chance of seeing unusual
scenes: big game walking on the beach.
The flight from Omboué to Libreville will allow you
to go back to the capital to get your international flight.
